OUR CLEAR OUT PACK GUIDELINES AND T&C'S

ITEMS MUST:
​

Be freshly laundered and ironed (not rolled up into the bags), and spotlessly clean, inside and out (Odour free)
-
Be Pet hair free
-
Have no rips or tears, fabric pulls or holes, faulty seams, hems or elasticated linings.

All pockets and bags must be cleared

WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Underwear (Bras, Pants, Socks, Boxer Shorts)
-
Leggings ( Unless new with tags)
-
Swimwear (Unless new with tags and hygiene strip in place)
-
Nightwear, slippers, bed socks
-
Faulty accessories - watches...
-
Home items or toys
-
Bedding, towels
-
Counterfeit items - if we are unsure we will contact you for proof of authenticity

Under no circumstances would we knowingly accept counterfeit items, item's we deem to will not be placed onto our website or sold. Please visit our T&C's for further information.

Please note that if your clear out pack or items does not meet our standards we reserve the right to not upload these items and send them to charity for them to either sell or use for rags.

RETURNING YOUR CLEAR OUT PACK:
To return your clear out pack you can either click the direct link which is at the bottom of our home page or you can follow step 3 on our sell page.
This will direct you to a page where you can request your returns label (Please note that the £2 charge for the clear out pack and the postage cost covers the shipment to send it through to us due to us being a small business.

We ask that you make sure your pack is sealed fully and we advise adding additional tape over the seal, if you are packing heels we suggest protecting the heel so it does not pierce though the bag.
Please do not over fill the bag, follow our weight and item count guidelines.
We have no liability to you for any items which are lost or damaged during shipping to us. We may choose to compensate some of the value but this is at our discretion. Negotiations can not be made. Compensations are solely for store credit.

HIGH VALUE ITEMS:
Please email us at customerservices@isecondthat.co.uk to notify us you intend to send a high value item - this is a brand that is designer and will be valued at £100+ we need to be notified so that we can have a record of this and put additional measures in place for shipment and you will also receive a higher payout percentage.
CAN WE TELL YOU WHY YOUR ITEMS HAVEN'T PASSED?:
Due to the high volume of clear out packs and items that we receive we do not give any response or feedback for rejected items. Any item's that do not pass our CDQ (Condition, Defects and Quality Checks) will automatically be donated to charity or recycled.

LISTINGS:
We list all our items by Brand, Colour, Condition and Size with a product description and a See label for care instructions.
Sometimes errors may occur with sizing, descriptions and information if you notice we have listed one of your items incorrectly please notify us and we can amend this.
​
Our pricing system is pre-decided however we give the client 24h after the items are live to amend any of these prices. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine the initial listing price of an item of Accepted Clothes and to right discount items after our 30, 60 and 90 day period. We also offer promotions and discounts as well as event to drive sales forward.

SELLING ON OTHER PLATFORMS:
iSecondThat want to give your item the best chance of finding it's next home and we are currently listing on other platforms to get more visibility to these items whilst being a new business. These listings on other platforms may vary in price to allow fees to be taken into account this is not a charge to you the client. We reserve the right to accept offers on these other platforms if we feel it is a fair price for the item to secure the sale.
